Evolve your dance and augment it with authentic movements & conscious connection! Three exclusive workshops and Open Practice included! This workshop day is ideal for everyone who cannot attend Polyball or needs a quick brush up with new inputs.

13:00-14:00    Safe Arm Styling, have pretty expressive arms & still never hit your partner again! (with Antonia Driscoll, Salsa, Bachata, Zouk)

14:15-15:45   Hands, Touch & Frame, explore conscious&respectful connection, dynamic frame and discover your space within & around (with Eric & Antonia, Salsa, Bachata, Zouk and more)

16:00-17:00   Traveling Space, explore free movement crossing the dancefloor (with Eric & Antonia, Salsa, Bachata, Zouk and more)

17:00-18:00    Q&A and Open Practice
