IMPROVERS Course (2 sessions of 1h 30min)

Have you been dancing zouk for a few months and you are already completely in love with this dance? Have you been dancing for a long time but love to revisit the basics? This is without a doubt the course for you! We’ll be working on with basic steps, ondulations, waves and isolations, building up along the two sessions.

INTERMEDIATE Course (2 sessions of 1h 30min)

Are you in love with head movements and working with all the possibilities that zouk offer us? This class is focused on those who already know the basics of head movements, tilted turns and ‘frango asado’ or ‘roasted chicken’. Throughout the two sessions of this course we’ll build up the steps and technique for a better understanding and incorporation of the different options in our dance.

STYLE CLASS for LEADERS & FOLLOWERS (1h on Saturday)

The focus will be to improve our technique and style inside of the zouk dance, giving us not only different options of steps but also some tools to apply to our own dance while we will raise the confidence for improvisation, styling and spice up our own zouk dance.
